The wait and watch attitude is a good one if we can afford to in our jobs, but what about those who do not have the luxury of that option?
Spreading the nets wide is the need of the times – beyond the shorelines of our usual or favorite haunts for hunting.
The hide and seek game needs to be played rather than shooting with a machine gun. It is more creative, especially since there is no one to be seen in the battle field.
This mass reach approach we used yesterday is simply not going to work today. With patience we need to dip our nets at different places in the ocean, with intelligence and with precision.
The Placement Industry in India is undergoing a redefinition and while we reach some point in the future to see what emerges, we need to be alert to the ways to handle them to our advantage.
The internet is looking weather beaten too and quite dehydrated of vacancies.
So, if we cannot combat the tsunami with an umbrella, lets us figure out where else we can go.
