Job Profile -
I. Conducting ASER all across the Rajasthan.
This entails-
• Identifying partners
• Training Master Trainers
• Planning the survey
• Ensuring compilation of the data
• Maintaining the accounts
II. Disseminating findings of ASER.
III. Responsible for evaluations of Pratham Rajasthan’s internal programs.(Urban/Rural)
IV. Helping in data analysis & disseminating findings among team.
V. Any other research program as per the needs of ASER center.
Desired candidate profile -
I. Min. – Graduate (preferably Statistics/Economics/BBA)
II. Willing to travel across Rajasthan and India as and when required.
III. Strong communication skills (Eng/Hindi) with diverse audience.
IV. Good training capability( Eng/Hindi)
V. Good knowledge of MS Office.
VI. Knowledge of analysis packages such as STATA would be preferable.
VII. Skills to analyze large dataset.
