Night Shift

Responsibility for processing accounts activities

Communicating with the client or clients partners

- Responsibility of effective team organization activities concluding back up

-Training of new AR members

- Identification and management of risks

-Identification of improvement process

-  Identification of out of scope activities

- Proposition of new activities into scope

- Evaluate the performance of the team , to monitor if the results are in accordance with KPIs

- Staff team optimization, over time minimization, direction of holiday

-To ensure the personal development of the team members

- Experience of RCM in US health care industry

- Experience of denials management in heathcare RCM

- Experience of contacting third party & government

- Processing appeals

-Working with Letters of Medical necessity & chart notes

-  Dunning process

-Verification of Insurance

-Understanding of US healthcare billing forms & procedures

- Identification of Billing errors

-Over & Underpayment analysis -Comparing payments with Contract terms

- Clearing of accounts

-Overdue analysis – preparation of aging reports and distribution to controllers

- Monthly preparation of reports – unallocated cash, open items, operational report

- Accounts reconciliation

-Reporting to service management

- Contact with internal auditors (SOX, QCD) and application of action plans

- Contact with external auditors and application of action plans

-Archiving of documents

-Dispute resolution

Will be responsible for issuing the component specifications/ Material requirement Sheet/STP’s/SOP’s/COA’s.

Will be responsible for cost reduction by Value Analysis / Value Engineering and innovation.

Responsible for on line machine trials, transit trials and first production run if required.

Co-ordination with PM vendors, Procurement team, R & D, Marketing, Regulatory, Production and contract manufacturing for timely launch of the products.

Comparing all existing PM for optimal packing.

Keep check of quality of PM in all locations & audit the locations for quality of PM / improvement in systems if any for betterment.

Well versed with SAP R/3; MS Excel/ MS word etc.

He should have ability for decision making & problem solving.

He should be familiar with ISO Systems, GMP norms, FDA & ICH guidelines & procedures.

Developing MIS reports and Generate required data/details/evaluation reports to enable right decision making.
