Customer Support Executive [Domestic-Voice-Inbound]
Qualification : Any graduate or an undergraduate.
Experience : 3 months [Voice experience]

Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Answer Phones Professionally.
2. Respond to customer inquiries.
3. Research required information using available resources.
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
5. Provide customers with product & service information.
6. Process orders, forms & applications.
7. Identify & escalate priority issues.
8. Route calls to appropriate resources.
9. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
10. Complete call logs.
11. Complete call reports.
Education & Experience:
1. Proficient in relevant computer applications.
2. Knowledge of customer service principles & practices.
3. 6 Months or more experience in a call center environment.
4. Customer service experience.
5. Knowledge of administration & clerical processes.
6. Relevant product knowledge.
