Job Description
1. Scope of the Position:
• New product launch and communication
• Market research and tracking industry movements
• Formulating and implementing brand building and PR in India
• Budgeting
• Inter Departmental Coordination for MIS & Other Reports.
• Track and follow up on escalations on customer orders to ensure timely deliveries, communication by Sr Executive
- Sales Coordination
• Track and follow up on escalations for Orders finalized, Outstanding Payments by Sr. Executive – Sales
Coordination
2. Main Tasks:
• Planning and executing all marketing, PR and advertising plans for Regent Lighting along with the Sr GM
• Preparing marketing budgets and getting it approved by the Sr GM and the management
• Keep an eye for Lighting Events and maintain a calendar and suggest to Management on the participations / visits
etc.
• Prepare and provide, maintain a check that all brand related templates / tools, including promotional material that
goes out in the market (e.g. Packaging / Note Pads / Offers etc.) are properly deployed and check abuse.
• Vendor development and management for all brand building, communication and PR
• Feedback to the management on analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor
information
• Back office and Sales coordination activities on marketing, design and installation team, prepare agenda and
minutes of meetings, circulation and follow-up of the same
• Update Sr GM with timely data and feedback to facilitate business decisions
• External communication with clients pertaining to Marketing for marketing communications
• Assisting the Sr GM in his day to day assignments
• Escalate any concerns in Proposal submission, Delivery Delays, Customer complaints, Installation issues to Sr
GM for intervention with relevant data & MIS
• Monitoring Trends and Prepare Sales analysis against Goals for Sales Team and TBAs
• Facilitate adoption of Sales Strategy & Business Plan Thru’ Bios in Sales team
• Document and Data Handling for Sr GM, including client appointments with back up / required documents.

The candidate should have completed Electrical Engineering or Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Management.
Preferably from lighting industry with 6 – 8 years of experience in handing sales and marketing / Customer Care/
PR.
Should be familiar with Lighting Terminologies, Luminaire / Lighting products
