Job Description :
Regularly meeting/exceeding targets set for the area assigned Development of Sales team-Recruitment, training, motivation and retention.
Development of Channels- Organizing creative activities to generate leads and walk-ins, Sales planning and optimum utilization of available resources and building relations with retailers by providing them timely solutions. Coordination with other functions (Collection, Customer care and Retention)) for 100% collection & service.
Performance monitoring & motivation (Rewards & Recognitions) to ensure Daily productivity, Prospect generation and Prospect conversion norms.
Regular & effective communication of schemes, tariffs & competition updates to Sales Channel.
Ensure Channel motivation through customized training schedules & incentive plans.
Analyze & take corrective measures to increase market share, channel viability/productivity, competition churn.
Relationship building with customers with effective delivery and service quality norms.
Desired Skills :
Candidates must be MBA from a reputed institute with 7 to 10 years of exp in Channel Management in a telecom or consumer durable industry. Ability to supervise a large sales force is a must. Should be good in man management. preferred from postpaid connections
