Job Description :
6-8 yrs Work Experience
NIFT / NID / Graduation in Fashion from any International school & MBA from premier institute will be preferred
Competencies
Portfolio Management
Identify Market opportunities, develop strategies and plans to support the product lines that can tap the white spaces.
Integrate Product presentation and design for a complete in-store experience
Product pricing and positioning
Analyse product and channel performance for continuously aligning results with planned direction.
Competitive mapping and analyzing market movement
Developing Product line plans and communicating them to design seasonally.
Commercial acumen.
Working knowledge of Brand Strategy and Positioning
Knowledge of the domestic market – brands, products
Understanding of Manufacturing Processes, fabrics and trims
Annual and Strategic planning for the Product function in an apparel context
Personal Attributes
Excellent Communication skills and negotiation skills.
Sound analytical and decision making abilities
Good Team player
Self Motivated.
Ability to cope with work pressure and deliver under stress
Ability to take up Multi Task and deliver in Multi Process
