Job Description
•    Meet the Annual Sales Target by customer servicing in the designated area
Co-ordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities
•    Monitor Customer preferences to determine focus of Sales efforts.
•    Co-ordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and Services, working with Advert promotion managers.
•    Consult with product development personnel on new product development specifications in line with customer requirement
Resolve Customer Complaints regarding Sales & Service
•    Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
•    Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
•    Measure and assess customer satisfaction.
Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution design and pricing of company products & Services.
Skills required
•             Excellent inter personal skills
•             Ability to operate at all levels
•             Sound numerical ability
•             Ability to think on a strategic basis
•             Possess high energy levels
Qualification: B Tech  Civil /Mechanical
Experience: 4 – 6 yrs in construction / architectural products
