Senior Engineer – NSS
Job Skills :
Should have experience in a GSM environment.
•Manage all alarms reported in NSS
•Investigate the alarms, resolve fault and reassurance with NOC
•Handle TTs/ CRs/ WOs within specified deadlines
•Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of MSC/BSC/STP/HLR and other Core
•Customer Complaint resolution in coordination with TSG Elements.
•Handle Network upkeep requirements
Qualification : BE
Exp : more than 5 years
