Qualifications : B.E. Mechanical
Experience : 5 to 8 years experience.
Job  Description
* Sale of Custom built Refrigeration System Solutions to process industry
* Sale of Compressor, Compressor packages & Refrigeration Systems to Process & other Industries
* Design & Estimation of the project proposal.
* Preparation of techno commercial offers as per enquiry specifications received form customer
* Attending Techno commercial negotiations with customer
* Finalization of order
* Strategy Implementation to achieve secured Numbers (Top & Bottom line)
* Establishing and maintaining Customer and consultant relationships. Sales promotion by visiting customers / Consultants
* Gathering competitor’s information
* Market intelligence and opportunity assessment
* Responding to RFQs with timely and complete proposals.
* Helping customers take educated decisions, by providing them the information of our solutions.
* Achieving set targets in terms of Sales Volumes and Margins
* Technical superiority and competitiveness of the proposal, including timely response and completeness of the information.
* Accuracy of technical design and pricing.
* Strategy Implementation to achieve secured growth targets
COMPETENCIES:
* Knowledge of Refrigeration & Gas compression Systems
* Process Industry, viz. Petro -refineries, Petro-Chemical, Chemical and other process industries, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
* Knowledge of Codes / Standards, Natural, Hydro-carbon & Halo-carbon refrigerants.
* Market & Competitors information, relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
