Facility Services Coordinators
Graduation
-A levels or equivalent
-Computer literacy in MS Office – Word and Excel, knowledge in using fax.
-Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in general administration area.
-Communication in English.
-Customer Service Orientation, Effective Communication, Team work & Interpersonal skills, Networking skills, Results driven.
Job Purpose:
Provide effective coordination and support for the department activities and communicate relevant service delivery documents and details between the technical team and the stakeholders as per SLA and ensuring service delivery contributing towards smooth and efficient running of the offices.
Key Accountabilities:
Required Performance:
-Relationship between different support functions maintained through adequate communication.
-Coordinate and create progress reports on the account
-Minutes on account meetings
-On time reports on client satisfaction level and work quality
-Follow up
-Expenses reports on account
