Job Details:
Organization Design: Analyze and make recommendations on organizational structure and workforce planning issues.
Change Design & Orchestration: Serve as thought leader and subject matter expert by architecting and implementing change programs.
Executive Coaching: Provide executive coaching and leadership development partnership with GMs.
Leadership Team Effectiveness: Enhance effectiveness of leadership teams through targeted interventions.
Strategy & Alignment: Design and facilitate off-sites to drive strategy clarity and alignment.
Organization Systems Consulting: Influence leaders to systematically diagnose performance and organization capability deficits and develop action plans.
Talent Management: Identify, create and implement integrated talent management programs to ensure talent system vitality by encouraging the development, exchange, and retention of key talent across Businesses. Partner with Staffing and HR Business Partners.
Candidate Profile:
MBA in the human resources related field from a reputed institute with 12+ years of experience out of which should have min. 6+ years of experience in organizational development, change management or related disciplines
Knowledge of principles of organization development and talent management
Proven track record in working on business-unit level strategic change initiatives
Excellent project management and consulting skills
Experience in dealing with and influencing senior executives
Highly developed oral and written communications skills
Ability to influence others without direct position power
Business and industry savvy
Organizational agility and the ability to read the subtle nuances of a situation and react/plan accordingly
Salary: Rs. 18,00,000-20,00,000 p.a.
