Job Description
1. Administrative head of Flight operations department.
Formulation of processes and policies of department for its smooth and effective functioning.
2. Planning the long term Flying crew requirement.
3. Management of day to day rostering through the rostering department and also for long term rostering of Pilots.
4. Ensuring FDTL compliances.
5. Coordinate the rostering of Flight and Simulator Training, Ground refreshers of pilots.
6. Carry out recruitment and exit formalities in respect of foreign pilots.
7. Facilitate medical examination process for pilots
