• B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institute/university
• 12 to 15 yrs of core experience in wind energy.
• Preferably candidates having experience in erection and commissioning of WTGs and overall project management of wind farm commissioning.
• Be proficient in project management and preferred to have experience in project management tools and software.
• Have experience in liaisoning with concerned authorities.
• Possess excellent communication, Team management and leadership skills.
• Have good presentation, planning and general administration skills.
Job Description
• Responsible for monitoring and executing project as per schedule and plans.
• Implementing and documenting the procedures for wind farm project commissioning.
• Deploying the standard procedure to propose all new wind farm projects of the company, across the country.
• Ensuring quality and safety requirements during project execution.
• Liaison with local government bodies for commissioning of projects.
• Managing the wind farm after project commissioning – as an asset manager.
• Project management of commissioning wind farms.
• Erection and commissioning of wind turbine generators (WTGs).
• Operations and maintenance of wind farms.
