Job Description :
B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical, with 8 – 13 Years of experience.
Control and manage the engineering functions of Acids and Granulation plants.
Improve plant performance and increase plant availability.
Reduce cost of maintenance.
Budget and control.
Plan and execute annual turnaround maintenance.
Execute capital projects in maintenance dept.
Knowledge in condition monitoring and overhauling of rotary equipments .
Maintenance and trouble shooting of turbo machinery.
Repairing, Preventive Maintenances of various equipment &plants.
Maintenances of all types of Engines.
Maintenances of Equipments.
MIS for Preventive Maintenances, Equipment deployments, Expense on machine, Spare Part planning for Repairing , Repairing tracking, training of staff etc.,
Good Communication skills, Presentation skills, Analytical ability.
Ability to think through multiple possibilities.
