Experience:2 to 7 Years
Key Skills:Relevant IPM experience
Experience in AR&D preferred
• Experience in searching different IP database searching like Scifinder, STN, etc
• Patent Infringement Analysis/ Invalidation
• Patent study and synthetic scheme designing
• Very good patent drafting / filing skills
• Understanding of Indian, US and European patent law and practices.
• Communication with Patent offices, legal work of IPC /Attorneys
• Marinating the company’s patent portfolio and patent patent prosecution.
• Supporting marketing department on issues related to infringement and helping them in deciding new and potential markets.
• Maintenance of various records as per statutory requirements of various Patent queries.
• Other IPR related activities, as per requirement of the organization.
Compensation: Rupees 3,00,000 – 8,00,000
