Job Description :
Any Graduate
16 – 24 Years experience.
Ex Defence or Short Service Commission personnel will also be considered.
job overview / purpose:
• Security controller regarding all security related procedures and operational processes throughout the organization
• Contract and agreement manager for Security Unit
• Manage the Security Incident Management Process in Infrared.
• Support Risk and Security Director regarding security policy and procedure development and maintenance
Key responsibilities and deliverables:
• Manage relations and correspondence with public and governmental institutions, both national and international regarding security related matters.
• Act as manager and coordinator for all security related agreements and contracts with external and internal partners and vendors
• Act as controller and support for local internal and external legal regarding security related issues in agreements and contracts
• Be an adviser to Risk and Security Director on specific issues involving external and internal parties including governmental relations
• Summary Incident report monthly
• Incident trend report quarterly
• Act as controller regarding procedure management
• Act as liaison between the Security Unit and the Security Manager / Security Responsible in all other departments and divisions regarding procedure development and maintenance
• Act as contact point for Incident Manager at Group level, and report according to Group requirements
Educational and professional qualifications. Experience:
- University degree, preferably legal
- Experienced in contractual work
- Relevant experience on a high level within the region
- Fluent in English language

- Develop a controlling process for the formal framework related to security
- Build and promote positive working relations externally and internally
- Develop an incident management process adapted to company requirements
- Build a contract management process for security
