Job Description :
MBA/PGDM – Marketing
Excellent experience in Channel sales/ Franchisee Development/expansion in the Education and Training Industry.
Experience of developing business partners and handling large networks of channels.
Experience and demonstrable track record in similar lines in the Indian market.
Experience in handling institutional / academic clients and profit centre.
Liaison with Institutional heads/Academic head and corporate heads.
Excellent sales planning, targeting and execution skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Experience: 4-8 Years. Preferably from Education/training background. Candidates from other segments with excellent track record can be considered.
Channel Sales, New Franchisee Development, Franchisee support, Education Sales, etc.
Identify potential area of the educational product in institutions and partners.
Identify potential channel partners/Franchisee’s and sign ups.
Helping in selecting, training, guiding manpower of partners and also making business plans.
Helping them in business development, achieve profitability and provide related franchise support.
Ensuring student satisfaction, and related activities.
Should have good knowledge across Industry segments
