Job Description :
BE / B.Tech /MSc(IT),MCA, BCA with an IT background working in an IT / Retail/Training organization as a technical trainer would be preferred. Should have individually conducted training sessions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Handle all Post sales support including Solution implementation, Customer training, support and Maintenance across India- Handle a team ICT Team/resource coordinator/school representative to integrate all training, assessment and communication efforts through the life of the project
-. Schedule and implement end user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Document customer problem information, recommendations, and resolution in a clear and concise manner using CRM incident tracking system
- Program Delivery.
- Responsible for driving up usage of the solution in customer locations by implementing periodic training, proactive support, updates and reports to all stakeholders
- Responsible for effectively managing the training, coordinating and facilitating the identification of training needs, maintaining skill inventory of resource coordinators and teachers in the institutions, identifying skills gaps, developing training modules based on the skill gaps identified and coordination for the delivery of training to resource coordinator/teaching staff.
- Ensure continuous improvement of learning delivery efficiency and effectiveness through periodic visits.
-Would be responsible for monitoring training metrics and MIS reporting
-Respond to technical and process issues as necessary
