Chief Manager Finance (PF & Retiral Benefits)
Job Description :
ICWA; MBA/PGDM – Finance with 10 – 15 Years of experience.
Should have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Should be able to convince people and get work done from the Government authorities handling PF related activities and should have good contacts with them.
Should have complete knowledge of all the Retrial Benefits and Investments as well as PF, Gratuity and Superannunation Act.
Should be able to contribute to the company by managing PF and retrial related issues very diligently.
Job Description Maintenance & coordination for Provident fund account as per statutory PF and Income Tax Act.
Maintaining PF trust account.
Handle PF and Gratuity investments.
Should have complete understanding of Gratuity Fund and Provident Fund and its management and maximizing earning of the fund.
To look after day to day activities of all retrials benefits.
To liaise with PF Authorities.
To liaise with LIC and ICICI for all superannuation activities.
