Job Description :
• The candidate should be 28-36 yrs of age
• An MBA from good institute, preferably with Engineering or any other equivalent qualification
• 8- 12 yrs of hard core experience in Business Development.
• Open for any industry, preferable industry is apparel retail.
• Proven abilities in identifying relevant space for significant brands
• Proven ability to manage multitasking
• Should be strong on commercials and negotiations
• High levels of energy
• Should have good network with realtors, Business houses
• Appreciation of consumer insights ,ability to look beyond the obvious
• Ability to influence key stake holders of property
• understanding of municipal by laws
• Service orientation
• Team management
• Influencing ability (Sales / Design / Operations / Planning)
• Listening ability
• Ability to cope with a challenging external environment
• Persuasion and Negotiation Skills.
• Issue Resolution
• Multi tasking ability
