COUNTRY MANAGER
Job Description :
Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales number in the country allotted to him, Exploring new avenues to grow the business,
Plan and implement any new marketing strategies,
Constantly doing need-gap analysis to maintain / grow the business,
Motivating field force to successfully implement the strategy,
Imparting product training for field force ( PHL or distributor sales team),
Tracking secondary and tertiary sales in the country,
Maintaining data base of hospitals containing details like: no of OT’s , no and types of Vaporizers, break-up for different modes of anesthesia used for surgeries and no of surgeries performed in the hospital.
Identifying KOLs ( Anesthesiologists and MoH officials) in the country.
Building relationships with the MOH, KOLs and distribution partners.
Qualification B.Pharma,B.Sc and MBA
Experience in Years 3 – 5
Location MUMBAI
