MBA with 1-5 years of experience
Should have exposure to international markets
Looking after Operational Part of processing sales orders and samples
Co-ordination of shipments between factory/planner/customers
Organizing samples for the customers
Dispatch details – informing customers/agents
Order Verification, Delivery follow-up
GBS- Document negotiation details
Credit blocks release
Follow ups for payments
Attending to customer queries and complaints and resolving them through various contact points in Manufacturing, IPM, RA, QC, QA, SCM, Logistics
Co-ordination with QA/QC/RA for various quality / regulatory related issues of the customer.
Commission payment arrangements for agents
