Client Profile :
Our client is one of the telecom Vendors .They require
AM /Sr. Engineer – BSS O&M
Job Description :
Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 5 to 7 yrs experience
Field maintenance, handling all field maintenance in the circles, typical activities is corrective and preventive maintenance but also network changes that require physical intervention
To Remote login in case of NOC outage to all traffic nodes on the Network
To Manage Routine Alarms in the Network
To Investigate the alarms, resolve fault & reassurance with NOC
To Interact with TSG for Customer Complaints
To interact with D&P, TAC and NOC for Change requests work orders.
To interact with Local vendors for environmental upkeep of sites.
To interact with environmental alarms at the sites.
To keep track of all the spares and their movement
Quality Deployment and integration of new nodes (infra as well as equipment)
Fault management through physical interactions at sites
Preventive manintenance of the sites
Resolution of Network failure – NSS, BSS IN/VAS related
Trouble Ticket Management – closing and acknowledgement
Logging all incidents / major alarms in FM TT reply.
Reports Generation.
Storage, tracking and movement of spares.
Imprest recycling and bill verification (fuel and power)
Provide 24X7 support to provide network availability.
