Legal Manager cum Company Secretary
Job Description :
At least an LLB degree. LLM welcome but not essential,
6-8 yrs exp, capable of detailed, in-depth analysis of legal documents & of work situations that have a legal dimension.
Somebody working in retail industry is pref.
Exceptionally good communication skills
Preparation of legal documentation towards signing Real Estate sites (leases, purchases etc)
Promoting the Co’s growth & reach compliance with various contracts & agreements, Interpretation of statutes & compliance with various laws, identifying laws
