Job Description – Contracts Manager – Contracts Administration & Claims.
1.    Qualifications : B.Tech/B.E in Civil engineering
2.    Role : identification / preparation of claims statements, documentation and follow –up
3.     Assisting in Contract administration during project execution stage.
4.    Coordination with IE /client representative and EPC Contractor.
5.    Thorough understanding in P-P-P concept MCA and also the terms of contract.
6.    Techno-legal acumen/ Good Drafting Skills.
7.    Knowledge of different Forms of contract.
8.    Hands on experience in Claims, DRB, arbitration procedures and presentation preferred under infrastructure projects.
