Description :
ROLE DISCRIPTION:
a. Candidate must possess knowledge in FIDIC Contracts GCC and preparation of Particular Conditions on FIDIC guidelines.
b. Should be conversant with Concession Agreements of NHAI and States.
c. Cost Estimation, preparation of Tender documents,
d. Contract administration help to sites during project execution stage.
e. Project monitoring, Sub-contract Management, knowledge on quality & safety..
f. Knowledge about Claims, DRB, arbitration and evaluation of claims.
g. Familiarity with agreement patterns for projects on BOOT basis.
h. Should be capable of developing his subordinates
candidate should have at least 10 years experience in Road Projects (NH) out of which at least 5 years in Contract Management
