Exp: 8 -12 yrs
Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA
Proven & extensive experience of in finance & accounting domain
Prior experience of having worked in Operations & Service Delivery
Ability & experience of process mapping end to end processes to understand upstream & downstream impacts
Enhance & develop the knowledge library of Finance Procedures through lean tools such as indexation, consolidation etc into a centralized archival system
Ability to manage & lead the team through ambiguities a must. Candidate should be able to understand & develop an independent & solution oriented team
Ability to get into details, develop the team & provide directions accordingly
