Our client provides end to end Building Automation System, Access Control System, Fire Alarm
System, CCTV etc. BMS designed and commissioned by co. are saving energy and assuring comfort,
product quality, safety and security.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Responsibilities: Sales, Service, Receivables & Admin
Additional Responsibilities: Projects
Qualification: B.E., B.Tech. ECE, EEE, Instrumentation
Experience: 6 to 8 years in BMS or similar industry
CTC : RS . 6 TO 8 LAC.P.A.
Primary Responsibility:
1.Meet the budgets: Order booking. Ensure regional commitments on Collections are as planned.
2.Manage the sales team (hire, train & retain) and ensure their performance in terms of achieving
the yearly targets for the region.
3.Market mapping to identify the key verticals and geography and allocate the resources accordingly.
4.Key account ownership and management.
5.Map the customer organization and their buying process and involve the management team in
developing the corporate relationships.
6.Involve marketing team to create a differentiation and value proposition.
7.To grow the service business.
8.Customer satisfaction. Shall be the second level of contact for the customer escalation for the
project execution & service support activities
9.Weekly report – sales, competitive analysis, project and service related issues.
Secondary Responsibility:
1.Branch administration.
2.Weekly internal project reviews to understand priorities and issues.
3.Escalate to next level the unresolved issues related to project execution & conclude
