Manager SQD – CRD/2735
Location : Chennai
Qualification : BE – ME -Mechanical/ Production
Experience : 10 to 18 years of experience
Job Description :
* Knowledge of Quality Management Function
* Knowledge of Metallurgy
* Conversant with CMM
* Knowledge of Plastic, rubber moulding, bearings, seals
* Knowledge of gauge design, procurement
* Hands on knowledge in Castings, Forgings, heat treatment, gear manufacturing
* Should be familiar with all QC tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8-D etc.
* Should be familiar with problem solving & analytical tools
* Experience in Axle and Axle related parts, is an added advantage.
* Should be able to handle qualified team of SQA engineers independently
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS :
* Should be willing to travel and work with suppliers (from supplier selection to PPAP)
* Good Presentation skills
* Experience in manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication, analytical skills to interact with customers & study requirements
* Quality Systems (ISO / TS – 16949)

* APQP / PPAP
* Oracle
* Inspection – Dimensional
* Inspection Metallurgy
* Engineering & Mfg. Process Knowledge
