Job Description
Generate revenues and achieve market share targets across operators from the assigned circles through marketing and promotions of Company content across various voice products.
Responsibilities
Interaction with Operator VAS Managers to plan and promote content / products through various BTL channels which include SMS Blasts, USSD, OBD’s,
Share on regular basis performance / visibility of Company content across Radio, T.V., Retail Sales, other carriers – within and cross service category.
Ensure top placement of Company content on IVR, IBD and Cell info mode
Planning various ATL & BTL marketing initiatives with the operator for key properties, movie releases, events etc. with gratification and POS material support.
Sharing monthly calendar of events.
Packaging products in innovative ways, enabling better call to action, creation of new concepts for different content categories
Competition tracking on regular basis and inputs to central content team
Share best practices across operators with national & regional VAS managers.
Built strong relationship with the VAS managers through Events, CD gratification etc.
BTL promotions of Company content as fliers, bill backs, inserts and local dailies.
Coordinating with backend support teams for getting quality controlled products with least turn around time
Sending Weekly Song Suggestions across content categories based on consumption trends through various selection channels.
Collate daily feedback on conversions and selection counts from the operators and share it with central content planning team for better recommendation.
Sending daily/weekly/monthly detailed MIS to client and Company team as part of BI and revenue management.
Planning BTL promotions in sync with the local VAS teams and Music Labels
