Job Profile:
Preparation of Bill of Quantity and Work Orders
Contract analysis and preparation of tender documents
Prepare the rate analysis chart according to the current material and labour rates.
Prepare estimates of all activities, floor wise / building wise / project wise.
Should be responsible for cross checking the actual quantities at the site by visiting site and physically verifying the measurement.
Should be responsible for managing and maintaining records of every contractor and payment schedule, which comes to Audit dept for rectification.
Formulate the systems & procedures for smooth functioning in terms of project estimation.
Responsible for reconciling the overall estimation with actual progress.
