Senior Project Executive- CRD/2725
Location : Pune
Qualification : B.E. in Civil Engineer
Experience : 6 – 8 years
Job Description :
* Should have knowledge of Planning, Finance Management & Control, Rate Analysis for tender & execution work, Pre-tender document Preparation.
* Tendering, Work Program in MS Projects, Monitoring on going Water Supply Projects
* Tender document Preparation & Rate Analysis for the items
* Liaison with government persons regarding tender document and Execution of ongoing projects.
* Day to day assistance to technical Director for the work of ongoing Projects & Tendering Purpose.
* sub contractors bill checking. Preparing R.A. Bills.
