HR Generalist (Sr. Executive): Job responsibilities will include:
* Induction
* Joining and Exit Formalities
* Formulation of HR policies
* Ensuring implementation of HR policies across the region
* Handling employee grievances
* Recruitment at all levels
* Training & Development
* Performance Appraisal
* Handling Statutory Compliance etc
Experience: 4 – 6 Years
Location: Delhi and Chennai
Education: Must be an MBA
Industry Type: BFSI or any service industry background
Functional Area: HR
CTC: Rs.350000- 450000 per annum
