Team Leader Engineering Services
Location: Dubai/ UAE
-Diploma / Degree in Engineering discipline, knowledge in soft services related to facility management of key accounts.
-Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role with total three years of experience
-Planning & organizing, Technical skills, People management skills, Attention to detail.
-Leadership, Result Orientation, Customer Services Orientation, Open Communication, Team Work & Collaboration, Functional Expertise.
Job Purpose:
Ensure provision of excellent engineering services as per SLA to the client and other business partners within the assigned property through right planning and deployment of resources and services assigned so as to meet the operational service objectives of the division.
Key Accountabilities:
Required Performance:
-Manpower Planning, effective duty rosters in place.
-PPM inspections
-Quality checks done to ensure quality of work.
-Manpower Performance without errors: 100 % grooming requirements and safety requirements met for the workers.
-90 % manpower utilization optimized through Maximo.
-Work log done for records
-Maintain and develop relations with clients, to ensure customer satisfaction for the service given.
-Reduction in customer complaints
-Meets SLA
-Report to the team leader on a regular basis.
