Training Manager- Regional
Training Manager (Regional) is responsible for:
Need analysis at the regional level
Designing the modules of the division he/she is responsible for
Identifying, planning and conducting all regional training programs with the involvement of the line managers.
Participating in all centrally driven programs.
Ensuring all PSRs, SBOs and ASMs complete orientation programs and other training initiatives on time with proper follow up.
Roles & Responsibilities:
PSR/SBO Training:
Centrally planned QIP, POP, SBO OP, PRP & other need based regional initiatives.
Be in touch with the PSRs and their ASMs, SBOs & their RSMs to ensure that all training related information gets exchanged.
Process adherence and Administration
Ensure process adherence and discipline and promptness in administration and other returns
As a division coordinator:
Ensure all updated training inputs related to the division (s) he/she responsible for reaches the QIP venue and POP venue well before time.
Ensure continuous interaction with the PMT and gather materials and information regarding the new products as well as existing products along with the strategy.
Measuring Training Effectiveness:
Follow-up of QIP and POP participants and their ASMs to ensure the completion of MTEs on time and necessary actions as per the completed format.
Plan joint field working with new PSRs as per the MTE and get a first hand feeling on the training effectiveness.
Be in touch with ASMs and ensure that he/she takes initiatives or gets the help from the appropriate resources to enhance PSRs’ in- clinic effectiveness
Training needs Analysis:
Be in touch with the PSRs and their ASMs/SBOs and their RSMs he/she has been assigned and collect all training related feedback and needs. Prioritize the data & discuss with the team leader and take outcome oriented actions with time lines.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
Training Manager (Regional) needs to be updated with and discuss all organizational /product/marketing and sales process related inputs.
Continuously look for innovative training initiatives practiced by different organizations and share those data with the team.
Key Performance Indicators:
Feedback from the stakeholders on his facilitation with respect to knowledge, skills and overall enthusiasm.
Completion of training initiatives related to all PSRs and SBOs in his assigned territory with proper follow up impacting their effectiveness.
Pro-activeness in identifying the training needs and taking action on those identified training needs.
Continuously improve mastery on trainer’s capabilities which will be evaluated by team leaders and stakeholders based on his/her communication, enthusiasm, knowledge, selling skills, innovation & creativity, facilitation skills, flexibility & sensitivity and coaching skills.
Academic Qualification:
Graduate / Science (Pharmacy preferred); MBA desirable.
Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years
Compensation: Rupees 4,00,000 – 9,00,000
