Experience: 15 – 20 Years
To develop and deploy Learning & Development, internal communication policies, processes
Provide strategic inputs to drive L & D, employee communication strategy to build a high performance organization
Develop the annual departmental plan and budget
Establish the required departmental systems & processes to enable effective implementation of the Learning and Talent Development initiatives
Compensation: Rupees 40,00,000 – 50,00,000/-
