Engineer – Instrument
Reporting to : Manager – Automation and Electrical Maintenance
- Ideally, the candidate should be a B.E/ B.Tech (Instrument.)
- 8-12 Years of experience
- Adequate Knowledge on cGMP guidelines
Operational Objectives :
- Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of all field instruments like flow meters, control valves, PH meters, conductivity meters, level transmitters, and oxygen analyzers etc.
- Operation and trouble shooting of PLC, SCADA and DCS systems
- Maintenance and calibration of instruments like Temperature indicators/ controllers, RTD sensor, and DTMs etc
- Preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for calibration of instruments.
- Preparation of instrument data sheets, procurement and installation.
- Creation of maintenance notification and orders in SAP.
- Following the cGMP in the plant.
- Following safety rules in the plant.
