Job Description :
The person should be Graduate with 3-4 years of work experience and should have:
1. Good communication skills
2. Willing to independently take charge.
3. Should possess an extensive traveling ability.
4. Initiative driven with an innovative and creative
bent of mind.
5. Ability to effectively present information and answer queries.
6. Willing to organize and carry out below the line marketing activities.
The Candidate should:
1. create, build and execute alliances / tie-ups with organised and unorganised partners.
2. Lead the creation of a relationship with alliance partners
3. Manage the relationship which may involve MIS monitoring and reporting of the same.
4. Monitor key metrics to determine effectiveness of the relationship and the center
5. Be the business’s ambassador / single point contact for the relationship (end-to-end management)
6. Deliver business volume through the relationship as per agreed action standards
7. Conceptualize & execute promotions that are in line with the brand philosophy to drive footfalls into the centre.
8. Work with Center teams to build Center businesses and support their initiatives
