Audit (Asst. Managers)
CA, with 3 – 6 Years of experience.
Job purpose
- Will be required to work on primary accounting framework (US GAAP, Other Domestic or IFRS) and related financial reporting matters. Will involve performing assurance engagements in compliance with auditing standards and hence should be conversant with GAM (General Audit Methodologies) and AWS (Audit Workspace). A good level of technical knowledge and judgment with an ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues.
Your client responsibilities:
Should have commercial acumen by demonstrating good knowledge of an industry or sector (key global companies in the industry, business operating cycles, transactions, risks and issues, trends and challenges
Should be able to identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes to enable preparation of recommendations
Demonstrates an application and solution-based approach to problem solving, referred to for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments
Ensures compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities.
Your people responsibilities
Provide real-time constructive verbal feedback to team members and facilitate timely completion of ERF
Provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firm’s methodology and AWS
Demonstrate the ability to effectively discharge supervisory responsibilities
Contributes to effective team work in internal engagement situations
Supports knowledge sharing efforts and continually improves processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
Requirements
Chartered Accountant
Good communication skills
With a minimum of 3-5 year post qualification experience
Extensive Stat Audit exp, should have independently handled audits, accountability & responsibility – preferably from Big 4 and mid sized firms
Location Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Compensation: Rupees 5,00,000 – 10,00,000
