Manager India Tax & Trade
Location: Bangalore
• You must be a university degree holder and a CA or lawyer or equivalent. Additional requirements:
• Expert tax and trade knowledge
• Working knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Treasury and corporate laws functions
• Working experience in direct and indirect tax area
Responsibilities:
• Ensure Direct tax (corporate tax, WHT, expatriate tax, international tax and Transfer Pricing) and Indirect tax (Custom, Service Tax, VAT, STPI) compliance.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Calculate and make tax payments.
• Manage tax litigation.
• Manage tax audits.
• Drive tax planning.
• Monitor tax developments and update to all stake-holders.
• Ensure that inter-co. transactions meet the tax requirements.
• Advise business partners on tax impact on various transactions / new initiatives. Timely management reporting.
